The Argentine Packaging Institute is a non-profit association created in 1969. Our mission: to promote the general development of the packaging industry, contributing to improving the quality of life while respecting the environment.

El Instituto Argentino del Envase es una asociación sin fines de lucro creada en el año 1969. Nuestra misión: promover el desarrollo general de la industria del envase y embalaje, contribuyendo a mejorar la calidad de vida respetando el medio ambiente.
Nuestros socios, son fabricantes de materias primas, packaging en general, adhesivos, tintas, flejes, máquinas, fabricantes de alimentos, bebidas, cosméticos, medicamentos, farmacia y bioquímica.
Somos miembro de la Unión Latinoamericana del Embalaje y de la World Packaging Organisation.
Nuestros objetivos:
- Capacitar sobre aspectos relacionados al packaging
- Reunir y difundir información científica y técnica sobre envases, embalajes y sus materiales
- Cooperar con entes oficiales y privados en la solución de problemas relacionados con el packaging
- Ofrecer un entorno adecuado para que las empresas den a conocer sus productos y/o servicios
- Mantener relaciones con los institutos técnicos y científicos especializados de todo el mundo, y dar a conocer las actividades del mercado del packaging argentino
