L’objectif est de replacer le candidat au cœur du processus de recrutement en limitant d’un même geste les contraintes informatiques.
Outil simplificateur, la borne permet de candidater en - de 2 min et sans CV, en répondant simplement à un questionnaire spécifique à chaque offre. En s’affranchissant des possibles discriminations à l'orthographe ou à la maîtrise de la langue française, on permet également aux recruteurs de simplifier leur processus de recrutement, puisqu’il leur suffit de contacter le candidat retenu par mail ou par SMS.
