The first solution developed by Hopia focuses on human resources planning. It centralizes all the creation and management of the schedules of doctors and caregivers. It is based on algorithms - exceeding the state of the art developed exclusively by Hopia - of optimization under constraints to offer the most optimal organization for all stakeholders. It is able to send any typology of establishments, services (operating blocks, emergencies, imaging, conventional services, etc.) or users (PM or PNM).
HOPIA offers integrated management of hospital resources planning: Latestage management, activity schedules, vagaries (absences, exchanges, reversals), strategic management of teams and will soon offer several equipment management modules.
We offer a web and mobile application, which will be continuously enriched with always the same objective: to simplify the daily life of our users.

Notre mission ? Libérer du temps aux soignants et médecins pour leur permettre de se concentrer sur leur métier : soigner et sauver des vies.
La première solution développée par HOPIA se concentre sur la planification des ressources humaines. Elle centralise toute la création et la gestion des plannings des médecins et des soignants. Elle s’appuie sur des algorithmes – dépassant l’état de l’art développés exclusivement par HOPIA - d’optimisation sous contraintes pour proposer l’organisation la plus optimale pour toutes les parties prenantes. Elle est capable d’adresser toute typologie d’établissements, de services (blocs opératoires, urgences, imagerie, services conventionnels etc.) ou d’utilisateurs (PM ou PNM).
HOPIA propose une gestion intégrée de la planification des ressources hospitalières : gestion des desiderata, des plannings d’activité, des aléas (absences, échanges, reprises), gestion stratégique des équipes et proposera prochainement plusieurs modules de gestion du matériel.
