Easy V is a social start-up that offers companies to develop the skills of their employees thanks to a solidarity commitment journey within structures of the social and solidarity economy, at the service of sustainable development objectives.
Our conviction is that united engagement is an inclusive space for expression of creativity and innovation, beneficial to the development of all employees and the productivity of the company.
We want to solve the problem of the “loss of meaning” of employees in business, mainly due to the lack of recognition for 43% of respondents to the Deloitte and Viadeo study, December 2017).
Easy V offers collective engagement paths around a social or environmental theme, within a structure of the partner ESS. Each route is based on a clear educational objective of development of theoretical and/or socio-emotional skills, which the team develops during its mission. In addition, we valuize the development of biographical skills (which are used to “know how to tell”) to illustrate this commitment and put it in consistency with career development.
We operate at the overall engineering level of the course, the identification of targeted partners and skills, the mobilization of participants and the highlighting of these actions for internal and external communication to the company.
We are addressing human resources directors, talent manager and all HR functions wishing to develop the skills of their employees, with an objective of retention of talents.
Our ambition is to become an HR/CSR partner for skills development and talent retention, and to put into coherence the different types of engagement existing in business with a skills development course.

Easy V est une start-up sociale qui propose aux entreprises de développer les compétences de leurs collaborateurs grâce à un parcours d’engagement solidaire au sein de structures de l’Économie Sociale et Solidaire, au service des objectifs de développement durable.

De plus, nous valorisons le développement des compétences biographiques (qui servent à “savoir se raconter”) pour illustrer cet engagement et le mettre en cohérence avec le développement de carrière.
Nous intervenons au niveau de l’ingénierie globale du parcours, l’identification des partenaires et des compétences ciblées, la mobilisation des participants et la mise en lumière de ces actions pour la communication interne et externe à l’entreprise.
Nous nous adressons aux directeurs des Ressources Humaines, au Talent Manager et à toutes les fonctions RH qui souhaitent développer les compétences de leurs collaborateurs, dans un objectif de rétention des talents.
Notre ambition est de devenir un partenaire RH/RSE de développement de compétences et de rétention des talents, et de mettre en cohérence les différents types d'engagement existant en entreprise avec un parcours de développement des compétences.
