Easy V is a social start-up that offers companies the opportunity to develop their employees' skills through a solidarity commitment program within Social and Solidarity Economy structures, in the service of sustainable development objectives.

Easy V offers collective commitment programs around a social or environmental theme, within a partner ESS structure. Each program is based on a clear educational objective of developing theoretical and/or socio-emotional skills, which the team develops during its mission. In addition, we value the development of biographical skills (which are used to "know how to tell your story") to illustrate this commitment and align it with career development.
We intervene at the level of the overall engineering of the course, the identification of partners and targeted skills, the mobilization of participants and the highlighting of these actions for internal and external communication within the company.
We are aimed at Human Resources Directors, Talent Managers and all HR functions that wish to develop the skills of their employees, with the aim of retaining talent.
Our ambition is to become an HR/CSR partner for skills development and talent retention, and to align the different types of commitment existing in companies with a skills development course.

Easy V est une start-up sociale qui propose aux entreprises de développer les compétences de leurs collaborateurs grâce à un parcours d’engagement solidaire au sein de structures de l’Économie Sociale et Solidaire, au service des objectifs de développement durable.
Notre conviction est que l’engagement solidaire est un espace inclusif d’expression de créativité et d’innovation, bénéfique à l’épanouissement de tous les collaborateurs et à la productivité de l’entreprise.

Easy V propose des parcours d’engagement collectifs autour d’une thématique sociale ou environnementale, au sein d’une structure de l’ESS partenaire. Chaque parcours s’appuie sur un objectif pédagogique clair de développement des compétences théoriques et/ou socio-émotionnelles, que l’équipe développe au cours de sa mission. De plus, nous valorisons le développement des compétences biographiques (qui servent à “savoir se raconter”) pour illustrer cet engagement et le mettre en cohérence avec le développement de carrière.
Nous intervenons au niveau de l’ingénierie globale du parcours, l’identification des partenaires et des compétences ciblées, la mobilisation des participants et la mise en lumière de ces actions pour la communication interne et externe à l’entreprise.
Nous nous adressons aux directeurs des Ressources Humaines, au Talent Manager et à toutes les fonctions RH qui souhaitent développer les compétences de leurs collaborateurs, dans un objectif de rétention des talents.
Notre ambition est de devenir un partenaire RH/RSE de développement de compétences et de rétention des talents, et de mettre en cohérence les différents types d'engagement existant en entreprise avec un parcours de développement des compétences.
