With 50 consultants and offices in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux ( France), Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel ( Switzerland), we provide Coaching services and Outplacement support to corporate leaders, senior executives and other executives throughout France and French-speaking Switzerland.
OASYS also capitalizes on a broad network of partners internationally, OI Global Partners, and can support clients in 28 countries and 225 offices around the world.
Our clients are large international or national companies as well as smaller size concerns in all lines of businesses ( Industry, Services, Banking, Trade, Public sector)

Oasys Consultants est né en 2006 d'une volonté commune de ses fondateurs d'appréhender autrement le métier de l'accompagnement des transitions de carrière et des transitions managériales.
Une nouvelle manière d'accompagner ses clients et la création d'un concept unique de "Transition Apprenante" qui s'appuie sur 3 convictions fortes :
1. Rapprocher 2 métiers traditionnellement dissociés : l'accompagnement individuel et la formation
2. Offrir une organisation par practice métiers, garantes d'une capitalisation d'expertises (Banque, Commercial et Marketing, Communication & Digital, Direction générale, Finances, Juridique & Fiscale, Industrie, Technologies, Ressources Humaines et également Bilan, Coaching, Entrepreneuriat, Evaluation des talents, Mobilisation et Mobilité de carrière collective.
3. Utiliser les meilleures techniques d'accompagnement au service de l'individu et de son projet
Oasys se développe sous 2 marques fortes et complémentaires, Oasys Consultants et Oasys Mobilisation et décline 2 types d’offres :
1) l’accompagnement de cadres et de dirigeants : programmes de bilan ou de perspective de carrière, évaluation, coaching managérial, outplacement, développement entrepreneurial, anticipation de carrière, ...
2) le conseil aux entreprises dans leurs transitions : facilitation et animation de séminaires, mobilisation des équipes, programmes de développement des talents, coaching et professionnalisation d'équipes, animation de GPEC, plan de reconversion collective ....
