Bloomsbury AI is a software company helping people to execute repetitive tasks and scaling expertise.

Its main product is a SaaS-based virtual assistant that can read background documents, learns from experts feedback to answer questions to its customer, such as customer services or legal advice.

The technology is domain-independent, heavily uses statistical learning techniques, and opens a radical new way of interacting with their knowledge, and with the computer.

Bloomsbury AI has been created in 2015, and participated in the 6th cohort of the Entrepreneur First accelerator. The founding team are internationally recognised researchers and engineers in machine learning and natural language processing. In the past, they authored more than 60 patents, 200 peer-reviewed publications.
