Slow Control’s mission is to provide tools that will help people modifying their food behavior. The first product of the company is the 10Sfork, a digital fork, capable of tempering the eating pace during the meal and measuring the user’s eating speed.

At CES 2015 Slow Control introduced his 2nd product a smart baby bottle holder that monitors food intake, the Baby Gigl.
