    At IRT Surveys we use digital technologies to enable data driven optimised retrofits to ensure delivery of NetZero targets.

    Since being established in 2002, we have worked with housing associations, local authorities, sustainability consultants, building consultants and energy companies to maximise budgets, access funding, and improve energy efficiency through the provision of rapid analysis and clear, impartial data and advice.

    We specialise in thermal imaging surveys, which measure areas of energy loss in buildings, a service which is supported by our cloud-based software DREam. Driven by fabric first principles, the former enables our clients to save time and mitigate risk, while the latter is designed to assess energy performance and reveal net zero funding opportunities. Combined, it enables us to lead the way in optimising retrofits.

    Our DREam platform is constantly evolving to ensure the availability of up-to-the-minute information on funding streams and energy costs. This empowers our clients to make informed, data driven retrofit decisions without regret.
