Engage was founded in 2019 by former USC football player and blind motivational speaker Jake Olson and his business partners, who experienced firsthand the inefficiencies in the talent-booking industry and seized the opportunity to build a 21st-century talent-booking platform. Today, Engage is the booking engine for many Fortune 500 companies, works with the country’s largest non-profits, associations, and conferences, and has partnerships with a vast majority of America’s leading talent agencies.
