Convaincue que la cuisine est une part centrale de nos foyers mais que le manque de temps ou de compétence nous fait trop souvent défaut, Cook Angels livre des box à cuisiner contenant tous les ingrédients dosés et les légumes déjà coupés. Il ne reste que la partie plaisir de la cuisine!
    Cook Angels, c'est la nouvelle façon de cuisiner, ludique et addictive, constituée uniquement des étapes "plaisir"​ de la cuisine.

    La société Cook Angels a été fondée en 2012 par 2 femmes, Joy Solal et Charlotte Sieradzki, toutes deux issues du marketing et de la communication.

    2 levées de fonds ont été réalisées auprès de Business Angels et du fonds d'investissement Elaia Partners. En mai 2018 la société a réalisé une augmentation de capital de 2,2 millions d'euros assortie d'une prise de participation majoritaire par le groupe Norac.

    L'entreprise est constituée à la fois d'équipes logistiques et cuisine et d'équipes marketing, communication, développement/IT. Le laboratoire culinaire est situé à La Courneuve et les bureaux des fonctions supports sont situés à Paris dans le 17ème.
