Decorte Future Industries (DFI) builds end-to-end proprietary AI to turn sound into complex medical information. Decorte's SoNUS (Sound-based Natural Understanding System) enables any standard microphone to perform high-level cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological and gastrointestinal health screening. Simply hold your smartphone against your chest.

That means that our machine learning can identify whether or not you have, for example, a cardiovascular condition, to the same medical standard as a gold-standard ECG performed in a hospital, using only sound captured by your smartphone, and without the need for electrodes, wires or gel. Using the same audio collected by the same low-cost microphone, SoNUS also performs respiratory, gastrointestinal and neurological health screening.

Our technology is being expanded in various international clinical trials and in partnership with some of the world's largest private healthcare providers. By initially deploying in the insurance industry, we enable insurers to prevent downstream costs, and their clients to safeguard their lives.

Once deployed at scale, Decorte's one sensor method of health data gathering and analysis, with microphones being ubiquitous and extremely low cost, can dramatically increase global access to healthcare, enabling remote health screening at an immense and previously impossible scale.

Decorte has previously closed around $2M in a combination of angel and venture funding. Decorte was selected for Techstars September 2020 and awarded Young Business of the Year in September 2023.
