Le DAHLIR est le Dispositif d'Accompagnement du Handicap vers des Loisirs Intégrés et Réguliers. Née en Haute-Loire en 2012, l'association compte désormais 25 salariés répartis dans 7 départements en Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, ainsi que dans les Hautes-Alpes.
Son objectif ? L'accès aux activités de loisirs pour tous, quelle que soit sa condition.
Le DAHLIR participe à l'intégration régulière et pérenne des personnes en situation de handicap, en situation d'exclusion ou présentant une maladie chronique dans les loisirs.
La notion de handicap est appréhendée de manière la plus large possible : elle englobe tout type de handicap dont le handicap social et les troubles de la santé.
Son champ d'action est multidisciplinaire.
L'association DAHLIR oeuvre pour une intégration dans les clubs sportifs, les accueils de loisirs, les associations culturelles, bénévoles (...) en milieu ordinaire.
Elle compte parmi son équipe des chargés d'accompagnement de formation Licence/Master STAPS Activité Physique Adaptée, Travailleur Social ainsi que des managers de proximité et des fonctions supports.
