Depuis 1980, l’Afar est au service de la formation des professionnels des établissements sanitaires publics et privés, des établissements sociaux, médico-sociaux, des collectivités territoriales et des entreprises.
Aujourd’hui reconnu comme l’un des principaux acteurs de la formation dans ces secteurs, l’Afar poursuit son engagement auprès des professionnels en proposant notamment une offre d’expertise dans les domaines du management, de la santé et sécurité au travail, de la santé mentale, du handicap et des médiations.
Répondant aux objectifs des programmes nationaux et régionaux de santé, nos actions de formation et nos programmes de DPC accueillent plus de 5600 stagiaires par an, émanant de plus de 500 clients répartis sur l’ensemble du territoire.
Dans les établissements comme dans nos locaux, nos formations et nos programmes de DPC sont dispensés par 500 intervenants, tous experts en leur domaine.
