La FaBrick est un Fablab sur le campus universitaire de Poitiers.
Un Fablab est un espace d'échange, de partage des compétences et des connaissances, équipé de machines à commandes numériques ou non (imprimante 3D, machine à coudre, outillage divers...). L'objectif est de rassembler des populations différentes autour de projets communs. En effet, la richesse dans notre monde reste notre différence, notre diversité en tant qu'être humain. C'est par le rassemblement et l'association que se crée le partage.
C'est pour permettre ces rassemblements physiques que Poitiers a besoin de son tout premier Fablab qui viendra en complémentarité des nombreux espaces de coworking de la ville.
Un atelier de fabrication, c'est passer de l'idée au prototype !
