• To develop the employability of our employees, we set up training plans on their trades, but also on knowledge-being and additional skills.

ARCESI est la première ESN, Entreprise Adaptée, Sociale et Solidaire de France, tout en restant une entreprise à taille humaine.
Créée en 2013 par ses deux dirigeants actuels venant du monde des ESN, la société a permis de créer plus de 200 emplois uniquement en CDI sur de la prestation de services dans le numérique à travers trois pôles métiers :
• La gestion d’Infrastructure systèmes et réseaux,
• Le Développement Applicatif,
• L’Ingénierie Industrielle.
Nos agences régionales seront en mesure de répondre à vos besoins et attentes à Paris, Lille, Nantes, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille et Toulouse. Que vous soyez du secteur public ou privé, de la PME/PMI au grand groupe, nous vous proposons des prestations de services en sous-traitance ou co-traitance.
L’équipe d’encadrement accompagne les collaborateurs, majoritairement en situation de handicap, dès leur recrutement et tout au long de leurs activités professionnelles sur différents aspects :
• Un accompagnement opérationnel assuré par les responsables d’agences, de pôles, ou référents techniques.
• Un suivi constant de leur situation de santé et de leurs conditions de travail, effectué par nos RH handicap santé, dédiées à l’intégration et au maintien en emploi.
• Pour développer l’employabilité de nos collaborateurs, nous mettons en place des plans de formation sur leurs métiers, mais aussi sur les savoirs-être et compétences annexes.
