    Founded in 2011, Micronutris was the first French breeding farm for edible insects intended for human food. Our desire? Pass on to our customers our passion for entomophagy, by offering delicious products based on edible insects, to be included in the daily diet.

    We are firmly convinced that it is necessary to adopt new eating habits to meet the environmental and nutritional challenges of our era. In this sense, insects represent the ideal solution: with a protein level of between 50% and 60%, they also contain all the essential amino acids, while having a lower impact on the environment.

    In 10 years, we have developed a range of snacks that combine nutrition, pleasure and the environment under the Microdélices brand: whole crickets and mealworms, plain or flavored, to be enjoyed as is or incorporated into culinary preparations. The range also consists of crackers enriched with insect protein and darkling meal chocolate. Drawing on our experience, we also created My Impact, the first sports nutrition brand to offer insect energy bars.

    Créateur d'alimentation durable

    Fondée en 2011, Micronutris a été la première ferme d’élevage française d’insectes comestibles destinés à l’alimentation humaine. Notre envie ? Transmettre à nos clients notre passion pour l’entomophagie, en proposant de délicieux produits à base d’insectes comestibles, à intégrer dans l’alimentation quotidienne.

    Nous sommes fermement convaincus qu’il est nécessaire d’adopter de nouvelles habitudes alimentaires pour répondre aux enjeux environnementaux et nutritionnels de notre ère. En ce sens, les insectes représentent la solution idéale : forts d’un taux de protéines entre 50% et 60%, ils contiennent également tous les acides aminés essentiels, tout en ayant un impact moindre sur l’environnement.

    En 10 ans, nous avons élaboré une gamme de snacking qui allie nutrition, plaisir et environnement sous la marque Microdélices : grillons et ténébrions entiers, natures ou aromatisés, à déguster tels quels ou incorporés dans des préparations culinaires. La gamme se compose aussi de crackers enrichis à la protéine d’insectes et de chocolat aux ténébrions. Forts de notre expérience, nous avons également créé My Impact, première marque de nutrition sportive à proposer des barres énergétiques aux insectes.
