Who is the BMC?
The BMC is a pluralistic association that works for the further development of the health system in the sense of a future -proof, quality -assured and patient -oriented supply.
As an innovation forum at the interface between politics, science and the healthcare industry, it is involved in the health policy discourse through publications, events and networking of the actors.
Our members
The over 250 members of the BMC represent almost the entire range of the actors in the healthcare system. These include, among others. Medical networks, hospitals, health insurance companies, pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, service providers and non-profit organizations. As part of working groups, they bring their interdisciplinary expertise and develop consensus solutions on topics such as innovative forms of care, e-health, care, drug supply, etc.
Our activities
The BMC Congress, which takes place annually in January, has developed into one of the most important health policy events in recent years with more than 600 participants. In addition, the BMC regularly takes up current topics and trends in specialist conferences, discussion forums and background talks. WER IST DER BMC?
Der BMC ist ein pluralistischer Verband, der sich für die Weiterentwicklung des Gesundheitssystems im Sinne einer zukunftsfähigen, qualitätsgesicherten und patientenorientierten Versorgung einsetzt.
Als Innovationsforum an der Schnittstelle zwischen Politik, Wissenschaft und Gesundheitswirtschaft bringt er sich durch Publikationen, Veranstaltungen und Vernetzung der Akteure in den gesundheitspolitischen Diskurs ein.
UNSERE MITGLIEDER
Die über 250 Mitglieder des BMC repräsentieren nahezu die gesamte Bandbreite der Akteure im Gesundheitswesen. Dazu gehören u. a. Arztnetze, Krankenhäuser, Krankenkassen, Pharma- und Medizintechnikunternehmen, Dienstleister sowie gemeinnützige Organisationen. Im Rahmen von Arbeitsgruppen bringen sie ihre interdisziplinäre Expertise ein und entwickeln konsensfähige Lösungen zu Themen wie innovative Versorgungsformen, E-Health, Pflege, Arzneimittelversorgung etc.
UNSERE AKTIVITÄTEN
Der jährlich im Januar stattfindende BMC-Kongress hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren mit mehr als 600 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern zu einer der wichtigsten gesundheitspolitischen Veranstaltungen entwickelt. Zudem greift der BMC in Fachtagungen, Diskussionsforen und Hintergrundgesprächen regelmäßig aktuelle Themen und Trends auf. Für Impulse aus dem internationalen Umfeld sorgen die BMC-Studienreisen, die mindestens einmal jährlich durchgeführt werden.
