Depuis 1925, Méduane Habitat développe son action en faveur de l'habitat social. Elle est le premier constructeur de logements sur Laval et loge un Lavallois sur cinq. Aujourd'hui, Méduane Habitat gère plus de 6000 logements, principalement sur Laval, mais elle étend aussi ses compétences sur les autres communes de Laval Agglomération et du département de la Mayenne.
Méduane Habitat attache beaucoup d'importance à la préservation, à l'entretien et à la réhabilitation de son patrimoine, grâce à une régie de travaux performante. Le développement durable est un enjeu majeur pour lequel notre entreprise s'investit en privilégiant les performances énergétiques et acoustiques des matériaux pour ses logements mais aussi par la réalisation de projets faisant appel aux énergies renouvelables (géothermie, photovoltaïque...).
