Le Groupe Georges PERNOUD est spécialisé dans l'outillage d'injection plastique, aluminium et composites. Il regroupe 101 collaborateurs à travers le monde (France, Slovaquie, USA) pour un CA de 13.3 M€.
La structure compte quatre activités :
- R&D : Branche dédiée à l'innovation. Analyse faisabilité produit process. Co-conception pièces. 4 innovations majeures : la technologie Multitube, le process de surmoulage LSR, les composites, le moule connecté, intelligent et entièrement électrique appelé E-Tooling.
- Tool & Mold : Conception et réalisation de moules pour l’injection de pièces plastiques, de composites et d’outillages pour la fonderie sous pression.
- Services : Modification, réparation et entretien d’outillages série de toute provenance.
- Usinage : Mécanique de précision pour la réalisation de prototypes complexes, de la micro à la mini-série.
