We dedicate 20% of our ressources in research and development focused on finding the best solutions of the market and developing methodologies i.e. our Repository, Micro Social Learning methodology and Lecko Analytics.
Our consultants are highly involved in these projects which are led by two main teams: the Analysis & Creation Division and the Software Division.

Lecko est un cabinet de conseil en organisation et fournisseur de solutions pour porter la transformation numérique.
Le numérique conduit chacun, entreprise et collaborateurs, à revoir sa manière de collaborer, de gérer l’information, de se mettre en relation, d’apprendre.
Notre métier est d’accompagner les femmes et les hommes qui portent le changement en entreprise pour leur permettre de s’adapter à ces nouveaux enjeux.
Nous apportons conseil et méthodologies pour aider les organisations à se mettre en réseau et gagner en efficacité. Nous les aidons à cadrer leur projet, à assurer leurs choix technologiques, à appréhender les changements culturels et organisationnels, à développer de nouvelles pratiques de travail plus collaboratives.
Impulser de nouvelles pratiques de travail à l’échelle de grandes organisations impose de structurer la démarche et faire monter en compétence les parties prenantes. Notre mission est d’apporter le savoir-faire et d’équiper l’entreprise des outils méthologiques lui permettant d’agir efficacement et de piloter sa transformation.
Nous consacrons 20% de nos ressources dans l’étude des usages et des technologies du marché, dans le développement des méthodologies et de solutions logicielles pour appuyer ces méthodologies. Nos productions phares : le Référentiel Lecko, Micro Social Learning, Lecko Analytic.
