We’re a coffee roaster that makes sure that drinking coffee today doesn’t destroy our chances of drinking coffee tomorrow. If farmers can't make a living growing coffee, they’ll stop. Currently, 80% of them struggle to meet their basic needs. Changing the way coffee is bought and sold is the only way to guarantee the future of our daily drink – and the people who make it.

We put farmers first.
We buy from farmers directly, pay them fairly and invest in local cooperatives so they get the support and training they need.

We make good coffee.
We get farmers' pick of the crop – it’s a perk of our relationship. So you have good reason to choose our coffee. And that choice becomes a force for change.

We lead on green action.
We don't mess around. We are the only UK coffee company to set a net zero target that’s science-based (meaning it’s fact not fiction). Because the planet deserves nothing less.

We’ve got no secrets.
We’re not perfect – but we’re very open about our goals and exactly what it takes to reach them, to make it easy for other coffee companies to follow our lead. We can’t guarantee the future of coffee all on our own.

Our brands include Cafédirect, Grumpy Mule, and Eros. We roast and pack coffee making it simple to access our future-proofed sourcing (think private label and bespoke brands).
