Amblea est née à l’été 2023, de la fusion entre Ambler (2018) et Sanilea (2013). Historiquement concurrentes, les deux entreprises ont développé une complémentarité faisant de ce rapprochement une évidence.
D’un côté Sanilea, le pionnier et expert du transport sanitaire, ayant démarré par le secteur public et seule plateforme à avoir remporté un appel d’offres régional.
De l’autre Ambler, le cadet ayant signé ses premières références via des groupes de cliniques privés et ayant développé un bouquet de services très innovants autour de sa plateforme de commande (gestion des carences, optimisation des commandes, etc).
C’est donc l’union de l’expérience et de l’innovation. Sanilea apporte sa profondeur fonctionnelle et sa compétence dans l’organisation du transport sanitaire et Ambler, sa technologie et son savoir-faire dans l’optimisation.
