Vision= A lifetime of equality, respect & love for Care Experienced people.
UK Charity Awards 2018 Charity of the year

Who Cares? Scotland is a membership organisation that believes in a lifetime of equality, respect and love for care experienced people. We also provide independent advocacy to children and young people in care up to 25-years-old.

But no matter your age or how long you have been or were in care, anyone with care experience can be a member of Who Cares? Scotland. We currently have over 2,500 members of all ages and experiences, from all over Scotland.

    What does care experienced mean?
The term “care experienced” refers to anyone who has been or is currently in care. This care may have been provided in many different settings, such as:

Kinship care – living with a relative who is not your mum or dad.
Looked after at home – with the help of social work.
Residential care – living in a residential unit or school.
Foster care – living with foster carers.
Secure care – living in a secure unit.
Adoption – living with adoptive parents.

If you would like to join us in achieving our vision, then you can become a member by visiting our website - a Family Member if you are care experienced.
and a Friend of WC?S if you are a non-care experienced ally.
