MOOVLAB is shaking up the codes of virtual classes with its PLAYFIT solution designed for fitness rooms. A turnkey solution of quantified lessons to progress, interactive sports challenges to surpass yourself and fun training to have fun.

En plus d'être motivant, PLAYFIT permet simplement à un adhérent de construire sa séance de sport à travers différentes sessions d'échauffement, d'entraînement et d'étirement. Un bilan sportif est dressé à la fin de chaque session avec un suivi d'une session à l'autre. Le coach virtuel intégré dans le système recommande les entraînements et le niveau de difficulté qui correspondent le mieux au profil de l'adhérent. Les adhérents peuvent s'entraîner seul ou à plusieurs.
Pour les coachs de la salle, le système facilite et permet un meilleur suivi des adhérents. Pour le responsable de la salle, il permet de mieux connaître les attentes des adhérents et d'organiser des événements/animations autour de jeux concours, défis solidaires...
