UpTogether was born from an observation: managers must face increasingly complex missions and the range of training offered by the market is incomplete.
New types of training must be created: training that would adapt to the needs and uses of each manager, that would be concrete and can be quickly activated by each manager.
How ?
UpTogether brings together middle managers from different companies for co-development workshops via video conference.
To meet the needs of these managers (also called local or field managers), the formats are short – 1h30 – and recurring – once a month.
UpTogether was created as part of the startup studio Imagination Machine.

UpTogether est né d’un constat : les managers doivent faire face à des missions de plus en plus complexes et l’éventail des formations proposées par le marché est incomplet.
De nouveaux types de formations doivent être créés : des formations qui s’adapteraient aux besoins et aux usages de chaque manager, qui seraient concrètes et activables rapidement par chaque manager.

UpTogether réunit des managers intermédiaires de différentes entreprises pour des ateliers de co‐développement en visio‐conférence.
Pour répondre aux usages de ces managers (appelés aussi manager de proximité, de terrain), les formats sont courts – 1h30 - et récurrents – une fois par mois.
