Enmotus develops leading edge technology that transforms off the shelf servers into powerful hybrid storage solutions. Our FuzeDrive software is changing the way storage devices are utilized in volume data servers by providing users with a software based virtualization layer for memory class (e.g. NVDIMM, UlltraDIMM), flash memory (PCIe SSD, SAS/SATA SSDs) and legacy hard disk storage that automatically load balances data in real time. The result is a high performance, highly capacity efficient storage layer that operates at the speed of the highest performance storage devices but delivers a solution that is up to 1/5th the cost of all-flash/memory tier equivalents. Our unfair advantage comes from the use of a new high speed storage hypervisor and MicroTieringTM technology that outperforms today’s caching architectures, eliminates CPU overhead and provides higher usable capacities for equivalent hardware setups. Unlike legacy caching architectures, which can consume increasing CPU cycles the more data is cached, FuzeDrive’s mapping architecture frees the CPU to run your business critical or CPU intensive applications. The resulting solution increases server efficiency, allowing each server to dedicate more to applications rather than managing storage, lowering total cost of operation.
