The trusted legal service helping couples navigate relationship change with kindness, clarity and practical support.

amicable is the leading online divorce service supporting couples who are ending their relationship to move forward in a better, kinder way.

When a relationship comes to an end, most people don’t know what’s involved or where to start. We provide tools and resources online, as well as a free consultation to talk through the divorce process.

Many people don’t realise they don’t need lawyers to get divorced. At amicable, we guide couples through the practical and emotional decisions that follow a separation, helping them reach clear agreements about money, property and co-parenting, with less conflict and more confidence.

The amicable process is designed around minimising conflict, increasing collaboration, and giving couples the best possible chance to end their relationship in an amicable way. We work with both people together, not one side against the other. Our focus is always on what comes next and on helping families reach arrangements that reflect their unique circumstances, reduce stress and support long-term stability.

We can help couples with as little or as much as they need, from formalising agreements to the complete application, negotiation, and finalising of the divorce.

We also offer a free-to-employer benefit that provides employees with discreet, compassionate guidance during separation. By supporting people through a highly personal life event, we help minimise workplace disruption, protect wellbeing and support long-term talent retention.

We also work with partners for referrals when we aren’t the right fit, building a network of professionals who are helping to change the landscape of divorce.
