L'association NQT est une formidable passerelle entre les entreprises et les jeunes diplômés. Elle accompagne vers l'emploi des jeunes diplômés Bac+4 et plus (ou Bac+3 selon certaines conditions), et âgés de moins de 30 ans, issus de quartiers prioritaires ou de milieux sociaux modestes, par des actions de parrainage.
Les services proposés :
- Accompagnement par un cadre supérieur en activité,
- Participation à des rencontres en entreprises, des découvertes métiers et des sessions de recrutement,
- Accès à des outils 2.0 : perfectionnement en langue, via des cours d'anglais en ligne; formation en ligne et auto-évaluation en ligne.
