The Co.sme Collective is the first structured and committed collective of freelancers, founded in 2018.

Le Collectif Co.sme est le premier collectif de freelances structuré et engagé, fondé en 2018.
En 2023, Co.sme devient un collectif coopératif, avec le lancement de sa coopérative (SCIC) pour fêter sa 5ème bougie.
Cosme accompagne des organisations (entreprises, startups, associations, collectivités) dans la stratégie et le développement de leur communication digitale.
La mission du collectif coopératif est double :
=> Donner la possibilité à nos clients d’aujourd’hui et à ceux de demain, d’aller vers des modèles de travail plus vertueux, transparents et horizontaux comme celui du Collectif Cosme. Accompagner les organisations vers une communication utile, plus responsable et plus sobre.
=> Donner la possibilité à des freelances talentueux de se regrouper, de collaborer, et ainsi de sortir de l’isolement.
