Pantin est une ville de 55 000 habitants, accolée au 19è arrondissement de Paris avec qui elle partage une station de métro (porte de Pantin), un accès au périphérique et les rives du canal de l'Ourcq, qui attire chaque jour des promeneurs et des sportifs toujours plus nombreux.
Forte de son héritage de ville populaire et industrieuse, Pantin est aujourd’hui l’une des communes les plus créative et les plus dynamiques du Grand Paris.
