    Since 2001, Manoir Industries has hired more than 1,000 people in all services and has constantly promoted metal processing know-how in partnership with schools and universities. With the support of local partners, an apprenticeship policy has been set up to initiate the young in the metal processing professions and to develop training with professional certificates (professional foundry certificate, diplomas of superior design of industrial product engineering and mechanical and robotic engineering). Supervised by skilled tutors throughout the apprenticeship, Manoir is proud to share the passion driven by this industrial corporation.

    Manoir focuses its policy on developing the full potential of its team: that’s why a multi-year training plan covers more than two thirds of the workforce. A career management policy is operational with yearly interviews to evaluate performance and build training plans in order to thrive in the Manoir group.

    Manoir is an international energetic group for the petrochem, nuclear, energy, oil&gas, and construction sectors. Its new shareholder Yantai Taihai, Manoir partner for fifteen years, is the leading private forging and foundry group in civil nuclear engineering in China. It provides a sustainable solution to Manoir Industries by accelerating its investments, exploring synergies between the two groups, and by affirming its international presence.

    Depuis 2001, Manoir Industries a embauché plus de 1000 personnes dans tous les services et n’a de cesse de défendre les métiers de la métallurgie en menant des actions auprès des écoles, et des partenariats avec les universités. Avec le soutien de partenaires locaux, une politique d’apprentissage pour ouvrir les jeunes aux métiers de la métallurgie et développer une formation pédagogique de proximité diplomantes (Bac professionnel Fonderie, Bac Technicien d’usinage, BTS Conception de Produits Industriels, Diplôme d’ingénieur Génie mécanique et automatique) a été mise en place, encadrée sur le terrain par des tuteurs expérimentés. Le groupe Manoir est fier de partager la passion qui anime cette corporation.

    Manoir axe sa politique Ressources Humaines sur la valorisation de ses équipes. C’est pourquoi un plan de formation pluri-annuel couvre plus des 2/3 des effectifs. Sa politique de gestion de carrière est opérationnelle, avec tous les ans des entretiens annuels pour évaluer les performances et construire un plan de formation afin de préparer chacun, à son développement et à son évolution au sein du groupe Manoir.
