It is only at the end of the process that the arbitrator intervenes to resolve the dispute and render an award enforceable at the national and international level.

    With FastArbitre, the arbitration procedure takes place online and is 100% secure.

    Pour rendre la procédure arbitrale accessible à toutes les entreprises, nous avons conçu une solution innovante, simple et rapide pour un coût maîtrisé (nos tarifs sont forfaitaires et sans frais cachés).


    En créant un centre d’arbitrage totalement dématérialisé, nous avons remplacé le code de procédure civile par un logiciel librement accessible en ligne. Les aspects processuels du droit sont remplacés par le logiciel qui guide l'utilisateur pas à pas pour documenter son litige. Il n’y a plus besoin de greffiers, ni d’audiences de procédure, c’est le logiciel lui-même qui permet d’instruire très largement le litige. C’est seulement en fin de processus que l’arbitre intervient pour trancher le litige et rendre une sentence exécutoire au niveau national et international.
