Créée en 2017, UpFactor est une entreprise spécialisée dans la surélévation. Nous détectons à grande échelle le potentiel d'optimisation immobilière et du foncier aérien en particulier. Nous développons ainsi des territoires inexploités pour faciliter la création de nouveaux mètres carrés sans artificialiser le sol.
Cela est rendu possible grâce à notre technologie, UPFACTOR GEOSERVICES, un logiciel innovant permettant de détecter le potentiel de surélévation d’une adresse donnée. Une fois le potentiel analysé, des études réglementaires sont menées pour valider la faisabilité du projet et l’estimation des travaux à prévoir. Nous assistons enfin nos clients dans le choix et la définition de leurs projets jusqu’à l’obtention du permis de construire.
