Simplicity Works is a company that develops its patented technology 3D Bonding - the simplest method for joining pieces.

This technology is used in shoe industry. It eliminates most of the manual work required for the construction of the shoe because all the pieces of footwear are joined simultaneously. Not one by one as the traditional sewing (sequential) process requires. Using one injection this simultaneous action bonds all materials together in just a few seconds.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We believe the time has come for change. A change in manufacture, a change in logistics and delivery, a time to recreate the bond between customer and manufacturer. We believe that most of the EU’s imports for footwear do not have to come from “cheap labor cost“ countries, that our own shoes do not have to traverse more kilometers than us.

Using 3D Bonding technology the rapid process reduces manpower requirements by up to 70%. In addition there is approx a 50% savings of leather and fabric consumption and a 30% less energy use from proximity production. In other words 3D Bonding local production is cheaper and faster than any traditional factory based in “cheap labor cost“ country.
