In May 2010, CEMOI, BLOMMER and PETRA FOODS (DELFI brand) created the Processor Alliance for Cocoa Traceability and Sustainability to produce a premium quality cocoa in Ivory Coast.
This joint-venture unites three family-run businesses in their commitment to a sustainable way of producing cocoa.
PACTS aims at guaranteeing supplies and quality of cocoa for the years to come.
The strength of the Alliance lies in the creation of a virtuous circle, linking the farmer and the consumer with a traceable cocoa. .
PACTS is based on the three major axes of sustainability: People, Profit, Planet.
The programme encourages the economical development of cocoa farming via pre and post harvest innovations and value creation throughout the Supply Chain.

PACTS supports 22 Ivorian cooperatives and approximately 11,500 farmers.
