About us:
Sun Concept - Solar Boat Builders is a start-up business based on the concept of Sea Economy focused on the development and construction of electric solar boats. Our vision is to become a world reference in solar boat serial models development and our mission is to become a top reference in up to 12m long solar boats and to develop a multi niche offer covering from leisure to tourism and professional boats.

Our first models are the SunSailer 7.0 solar boats. These are specially developed to operate in protected waters with high natural value.

These 7 m long boats are designed with a fiber glass displacement hull with a behaviour similar to a sailboat and are equipped with solar panels, batteries and electric motors that allow a maximum autonomy (unlimited in the sun, up to 8 hours without sun) and move at 5-knot cruise speed without a single drop or fuel. Designed to be harmonious and have the least possible impact on ecosystems without disturbing the river or bed and margins or the birds. Perfect for sheltered waters such as estuaries, deltas, rivers, lakes, lakes, dams and canals.

Optimized to be affordable to public and private entities. Very adaptable, it can be used for tourism and leisure as well as for transport, taxi, environmental monitoring and patrolling in sensitive areas. Very silent, takes up to 12 passengers with the highest safety and convenience.
