For more than 30 years, at DMS Conseil, we have supported our clients in their actions in changing contexts and in the resolution of complex issues.
We have a strong expertise in the fields of higher education, research, innovation, and the public policies supporting them. Since the creation of the firm, our field of action has significantly widened to interface structures between research, innovation and territorial development: universities, schools, technological core facilities...
We carry out feasibility studies, development plans, diagnoses, and we also ensure the evaluation of public policies.
We have a prospective knowledge of our fields of intervention, we excel in it to claim to be one of the references.
Today, we are further enriching our offer and above all, we are accelerating the handling of our clients' requests: two senior consultants are joining the firm as partners. For us, it is a question of both developing our specialized approach and opening up our offer. The ambition of this reinforcement is to improve the relevance of our responses, a significant development of the management of projects, while preserving our independence.
Arnaud Devillez and Bertrand Piechaczyk share the same vision as Alain Dorat: a convergence of knowledge in the service of the influence and attractiveness of territories, and enable their economic development.
To signify these changes, the firm changed its name and became Kaléinno.

Kaléinno fait profiter ses clients de son expertise dans les domaines de l’enseignement supérieur, de la recherche, de l’innovation au bénéfice des territoires.
Depuis la création en 2023 et la reprise du cabinet DMS Conseil, notre champ d’action s’est significativement élargi : collectivités territoriales, universités, écoles et centres de recherche publics et privés, plateformes technologiques, Cellule de Diffusion Technologique (CDT), technopoles, Instituts de Recherche Technologique (IRT), Instituts pour la Transition Énergétique (ITE), Centres de Ressources Technologiques (CRT) ou encore les Centres de Diffusion Technologique (CDT).
Nous réalisons des études de faisabilité (étude d'impact, modèles économiques et gouvernance), des schémas de développement (feuilles de routes stratégiques, SLESRI, SDESRI, SRESRI...), et nous assurons également l’évaluation de politiques publiques.
Kaléinno enrichit son offre de conseil avec une solution logicielle permettant d'accompagner le pilotage et la stratégie des structures d'interface entre le recherche et l'innovation. Do-Skop se présente comme un tableau de bord pour ce type de structures qui doivent faire face à des prises de décision stratégiques à moyen et long terme dans un environnement complexe et des financements publics qui se raréfient.
