Ethos Agriculture, founded in 2017, is a group of friends dedicated to contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive coffee sector. We focus on facilitation, research, and harnessing energy to drive positive change.

It is our ambition to rethink business as usual and make sustainability an integral part of sector performance. This requires new forms of collaboration and exchange between stakeholders that are typically operating in silos. In order to achieve this, we facilitate discussion and interaction between initiatives and organizations across the sector - from coffee communities, research, development and private sector.
