L’application ROMAIN est le Réseau Opérationnel de la Médecine d'Astreinte INterventionnelle. Le professionnel de santé est informé en temps réel de l'heure d'arrivée d'un patient victime d'un AVC. Ce réseau a pour objectif d'améliorer la coordination des professionnels de santé aux bénéfices des établissements de santé.
