MONNOT was founded in 1934 by our current managing director’s grand-father; the company is widely respected for the manufacture of mechanical parts, maintenance machining and the development of machine-tools for the barrel-manufacture industry.
For us, experience must be fuelled by innovation. From our origins as a cottage industry 80 years ago, we are now a modern reasonably-sized SME. Our current success and potential is built on both our “TEAM SPIRIT”, which is so important to the company, and our proven expertise.
Our team gets its strength from its multi-generational nature, with the younger generations providing the energy and the older generations providing their experience. We regularly take on apprentices as part of our policy of ensuring that our skills are passed down from generation to generation.

L’ESPRIT D’ÉQUIPE PAR VOCATION
L’entreprise Raoul MONNOT, basée à Beaune (en Bourgogne) a été créée en 1934 par le grand-père de l’actuel dirigeant, Eric Monnot.
La société est reconnue dans la production de pièces mécaniques, l’usinage de maintenance et la conception de machines-outils à destination de la tonnellerie.
Chez nous, l’expérience se nourrit de l’innovation. D’une entreprise artisanale il y a plus de 80 ans, nous sommes devenus une PME moderne à taille humaine composé de 3 filiales : Monnot Prod, Monnot Tim, Monnot LMT.
Notre réussite actuelle et future repose sur un « ESPRIT D’EQUIPE » cher à l’entreprise, ainsi que sur un savoir-faire avéré. Notre équipe puise son énergie dans la mixité entre générations, permettant aux jeunes d’apporter leur dynamisme et aux anciens leur expérience. Désireux d’assurer la transmission de notre savoir-faire, nous assurons régulièrement la formation d’apprentis.
Moderne, homogène et constamment renouvelé, notre parc machine est installé dans des ateliers spacieux, organisés et à la pointe de la technologie et de la technicité.
