Masterson Staffing has a rich history spanning over 50 years. Founded in 1968 by Owen Masterson, Masterson Personnel was established to meet the growing demand for light industrial, office, and professional staffing solutions. Owen's vision was to create a company that not only delivered quality and reliable services but also connected talented workers with great companies to help both achieve their respective goals.

Starting as a small local business, Masterson Staffing has grown significantly thanks to our team of experienced staffing professionals. Today, we are a premier staffing solutions provider with nearly 40 branches across the Midwest and an extensive network of hundreds of thousands of skilled workers.
