With the support of over 850 impact investors, Iroquois Valley has built a portfolio that includes more than 115 farmland investments, impacting over 30,000 acres of farmland across 19 states and representing $95 million in assets.

Our goal is to make organic agriculture the norm, not the exception in America to benefit the health of the soil and of future generations.

Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT was established as a Public Benefit Corporation, whose public benefit is enabling healthy food production, soil restoration and water quality improvement through the establishment of secure and sustainable farmland access tenures.
