Foodbiome Entrepreneurs: incubate innovative solutions and support entrepreneurs who change the ladder of local circuits (8 accelerated startups on date). In studio mode, we also create new models in association with entrepreneurs (1 company created and 2 in gestation).

Entreprise à mission, FoodBiome® ️ contribue à restaurer le lien alimentation territoire en bâtissant les infrastructures indispensables au développement des circuits de proximité (ex : hubs logistiques, ateliers de transformation, tiers-lieux d’acculturation, outils logiciels). Nous sommes convaincus que notre modèle alimentaire industriel et massifié hérité de l’après-guerre doit évoluer vers un modèle plus distribué, circulaire, incarné et proche des produits bruts.
Comment ? nous développons une double offre de service :
FOODBIOME CONSEIL : Accompagner la conception et la mise en oeuvre d’infrastructures alimentaires de proximité ou de filières territoriales pour le compte d’organisations agricoles, de foncières, de collectivités ou d’acteurs économiques (distributeurs, restaurateurs, transformateurs...).
FOODBIOME ENTREPRENEURS : Incuber des solutions innovantes et soutenir les entrepreneurs qui changent l’échelle des circuits de proximité (8 startups accélérées à date). En mode Studio, nous créons également de nouveaux modèles en association avec des entrepreneurs (1 entreprise créée et 2 en gestation).
