Improving data to get toilets to everyone, everywhere

Our vision is for every person - regardless of their age, ethnicity, gender, orientation, economic status or ability - to have access to a safe, working toilet.

Today, 2.5 billion people live in cities around the world without access to safely-managed sanitation. Past efforts to improve sanitation infrastructure and services for vulnerable communities in cities have struggled to gain momentum because decision-makers cannot access the best data to understand the best action to take.

That’s where we come in.

Our mission is to close the sanitation data gap. We transform how sanitation organisations collect, share and analyse data, helping them to get toilets to people who need them most.

Governance:
~ Registration: Gather is a UK registered charity (No. 116813) and a Madagascar registered NGO (No. 65/202-BIM/ONG-REGAN).
~ Safeguarding: Gather's safeguarding policy is in place to protect team members and vulnerable individuals from harm.
~ Anti Racism: Gather is committed to dismantling, preventing and calling out racism in all of its forms. We are open to challenge about privilege and make sure that we are tackling racism in our organisation and in the non-profit, international development and technology sectors.
