Innovative Viticulture
Le Vitilab est un tiers lieu d’expérimentation dédié à la viticulture pour favoriser la transition numérique dans le domaine de la viticulture. Cette structure dépendante de Vinipôle sud Bourgogne a pour objectifs :
• D’être un Lieu d’expérimentation/test de solutions, pour évaluer en grandeur nature des services, des outils ou des usages nouveaux destinés à la filière viticole.
• D’aider les entreprises du monde viticole à comprendre les mutations liées à l’économie numérique.
• D’accompagner les professionnels dans la mise en place de projets liés aux usages innovants.
• De participer à la sensibilisation des jeunes en formation initiale et du public en formation continue de l’établissement de formation viticole de Davayé aux usages numériques.
• De permettre de développer la capacité d’analyse et de prise de recul et la compréhension des enjeux de transformation digitale en viticulture
Le VITILAB a le soutien de l'Europe du PETR Mâconnais Sud Bourgogne qui l’a inscrit dans son projet de territoire. Il a également le soutien du Conseil Régional de Bourgogne Franche Comté qui a financé l’étude de faisabilité et participera au financement des équipements numériques, ainsi que celui du département de Saône et Loire.
