Ray & Jules developed and patented the rich slow-roasting technology : it requires 3x less energy and is 100% solar-powered. The process combines the artisanal taste and aroma of specialty coffee, with industrial scaleability. In this way we can free the coffee sector from fossil fueled roasting, emitting 15 million tons of CO2 per year.
