Since 1993, the inception year of Watchdoc, the evolution of the market, products and of course economic and ecological contexts have greatly changed. Facing these changes, our software package has been constantly upgraded until being completely re-designed in 2003. Doxense was created in early 2005. Based in Europe, the structure provides its customers and partners a high level of expertise, responsiveness, and essential data to ensure customer satisfaction in a market undertaking severe changes. To this end, Doxense has chosen, from its inception, an indirect sales policy referencing the partners not only for their proximity but especially for their high value added service: Approximately sixty partners in Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia and Africa have assisted in the delivery of more than 10,000 Watchdoc licenses! It is also the technological partnerships with major manufacturers (Brother, Canon, HP, Konica-Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Ricoh, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba and Xerox) that provide our customers a real solution regardless of their HW equipment choice. After creating Doxense Europe late 2013 and opening two new subsidiaries in the UK and Germany, and signing major agreements with Drivve®Inc and other new manufacturers. Doxense expands its family of solutions with two major offerings: Watchdoc and Focalist. New options, new interfaces, new pricing for licenses and a new graphical design: Announcements never seen since the creation of Doxense!

Depuis 1993, année de naissance du logiciel Watchdoc, l’évolution du marché, des produits et bien sûr les contextes économiques et écologiques ont bien changé. Face à ces mutations, notre logiciel n’a cessé d’évoluer jusqu’ à être totalement re-développé en 2003. Dès le début 2005, Doxense voit le jour. Basée en Europe, cette structure apporte à ses clients et partenaires un haut niveau d’expertise et de réactivité, données essentielles pour s’assurer de la satisfaction des clients sur un marché en profonde mutation. A cet effet, Doxense a choisi, dès sa création, une politique de vente indirecte référençant des partenaires pour leur proximité mais surtout pour leur haute valeur ajoutée service : Une soixantaine de partenaires en Europe, aux USA, au Moyen-Orient ou encore en Asie et en Afrique ont accompagné la livraison de plus de 17 500 licences Watchdoc ! Ce sont aussi les partenariats technologiques avec les constructeurs majeurs (Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, Konica -Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Ricoh, Samsung, Sharp ou Xerox) qui apportent à nos clients une véritable solution indépendante de leurs choix matériels. Depuis les lancements inédits de septembre 2015 où Doxense annonçait son internationalisation croissante, une refonte graphique totale ou encore des accords technologiques avec des acteurs majeurs du secteur, les succès s'enchaînent pour la société qui n'a de cesse d'innover. Une nouvelle vague d'annonces concernant ses solutions phares Watchdoc et Focalist a d'ailleurs vu le jour au printemps 2017.
