Plus de 2000 consultations de néphrologie sont réalisées par an, permettant le dépistage et la prévention des maladies rénales des populations à risque, qui nous sont adressées par les médecins généralistes et spécialistes : cardiologues, endocrinologues, diabétologues, etc.
CALYDIAL innove pour l'optimisation du parcours patient avec une équipe pluri professionnelle dynamique sur les grands axes de travail que sont :
- l'organisation du dépistage et de la prévention de la maladie rénale chronique pour ralentir l'évolution et l'impact de la maladie notamment grâce à un programme d’éducation thérapeutique (rénal, métabolique et cardiovasculaire) ;
