Since 1969 Codrico is engaged in milling of maize for the production of maize grits and flakes for the breakfast cereal, brewing and snack industry. Moreover, we started early on to process maize flour, and later on also flours from other origins by means of hydro-thermal treatment by extrusion resulting in the Suprex® pregelatinized flour.

Another innovative development by Codrico is our kept secret manufacturing process of specific, high quality masa flours. Traditionally Masa flour is produced by a time, water and energy consuming process! Our masa flours, used in among others tortilla’s & nachos chips are ready to use and produced more sustainably!
